We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation process for delegates attending our virtual symposia and webinar events. As all EPiC online events include full playback access, cancellations are generally only accepted under limited circumstances as detailed below.
1. Delegate Cancellations
Delegates may request to cancel their registration by contacting us at enquiries@epic-auditors.com no later than 7 calendar days before the event start date. Requests must be submitted by the registered delegate using the email address linked to the booking.
2. Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before the event.
No refunds will be issued for:
- cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the event
- non-attendance at the live sessions
- once the event has begun
- delegates who access any event materials (e.g., slides, recordings, platform login)
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. On-Demand Playback Access
All registered delegates receive 30 days of on-demand access to recordings and materials after the event. If you are unable to attend live, we encourage you to retain your registration and make use of this on-demand access. Non-attendance does not entitle delegates to a refund.
4. Membership-Based Registration
Registrations for EPiC virtual events are linked to individual memberships.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- Cancelling your registration will also cancel the associated membership.
- If a colleague wishes to attend, they must register independently via:
This ensures accurate certification, CPD records, and secure access to materials.
5. Technical Requirements and Delegate Responsibility
It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure they have suitable:
- internet connectivity
- device capability
- audio/video equipment
- access permissions (e.g., firewalls, corporate restrictions)
Refunds will not be provided due to personal technical issues or inability to access the platform arising from a delegate’s local setup.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
EPiC may, at its discretion, consider refunds in exceptional cases such as:
- medical emergencies
- bereavement
- major, verified technical failures on EPiC’s side that prevent the event from taking place
Supporting evidence may be requested. All decisions are final.
7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by EPiC
In the unlikely event that EPiC must cancel a virtual event:
- Delegates will receive a full refund, or
- Be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date/event.
If an event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer unless the delegate requests a refund.
8. Code of Conduct
EPiC reserves the right to remove a delegate from an event if they breach the event code of conduct or behave inappropriately.
Such removals do not qualify for a refund.
